Indiana State Police and Knox County Sheriff’s Dept. Target Aggressive & Dangerous Drivers on US 41 in Knox and Gibson Counties
This afternoon between 12:00 and 4:00, Indiana State Police and Knox County Sheriff’s Department conducted a saturation patrol on US 41 targeting aggressive and dangerous drivers. During the four hour period officers issued 49 traffic tickets, 86 warnings and made five drug related arrests. Alexander Moss, 21, of Indianapolis, was arrested for possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for speeding near Oaktown. He was taken to the Knox County Jail where he is currently being held on bond. Two other drivers in Gibson County were cited and released for possessing marijuana after they were stopped for speeding.
