The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Edward “Rick” Ricardo Cuaderes has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.

Edward Cuaderes was convicted of Lewd or Indecent Proposals/Acts to a Child on March 26, 2012 in Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma. His victim was under the age of 16. Edward Cuaderes is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.

Edward Cuaderes is a Hispanic male, Date of Birth March 27, 1990. He is 5’11”, 180 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He is currently residing at 914 Briar Ridge Rd, Enid, OK 73703. He was just released from incarceration and will be required to move due to the living restrictions outlined in the Oklahoma Sex Offender Registration Act.
