Tuesday, October 6 from 9 am to 4 pm
Wednesday, October 14 from 12 noon to 4 pm
Monday, October 19 from 9 am to 4 pm
No Cost with Traditional Medicare card
HMO Medicare not accepted; (Horizon, Aetna, BC/BS, Oxford)
Cost = $25: for those with HMO Medicare or insurance other than Traditional Medicare
A receipt will be given for insurance reimbursement
