Methamphetamine lad investigation yields four arrest.
On September 23, 2015 Giles County Sheriff’s Investigator’s Jessie Mills and Scott Nations went to 426 Old Smith Hollow Road to speak with occupants of RV that was still under a quarantine for production of methamphetamine.
Upon their arrival they made contact with Bruce Wayne Watts Sr., Cody Gage Clark, Robert Neil Ingram, and Melinda Faye Carpenter. Components used to manufacture methamphetamine were observed by Investigator Mills and Nations. Investigator Mills obtained a search warrant for the premises. During the course of the search, an active methamphetamine lab was located and was still cooking. All components of processing a methamphetamine lab were present. Giles County EMA and Giles County Hazardous Materials Team assisted in the investigation and removal of the methamphetamine lab.
Melinda Faye Carpenter was charged with Initiation of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture, and violation of Quarantine Order her bond is set at $301,000.
Robert Neil Ingram was charged with Initiation of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture, and violation of Quarantine Order his bond is set at $301,000.
Cody Gage Clark was charged with Initiation of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture, and violation of Quarantine Order his bond is set at $301,000.
Bruce Wayne Watts Sr. was charged with Initiation of Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture, Violation of Quarantine Order, and possession of drug paraphernalia his bond is set at $302,000.
Ingram and Watts have a history of charges for manufacture of methamphetamine.
