The Farmington Hills Police Department is investigating a possible attempted home invasion in the area of 13 Mile Road and Farmington Road, where it appears a person attempted to enter the home through an open window. The incident occurred between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on September 24. Residents are reminded to secure their home during times when there is no family activity and to keep valuables out of sight.
