Road Closures: Philbrook Road, east of Chapman Road and Chapman Road at the bridge 
Due to the heavy rains, Philbrook Road is closed in the area of Chapman Road. Chapman Road is also closed at the bridge near Philbrook Road.
These will remain closed overnight. All other roads in town have been reopened. There may be areas of small debris, high water, and washouts, so please use caution.
