There will be partial street closures tomorrow, October 2nd from 5:00pm to 5:30pm around the North Kansas City High School for the Winnetonka Homecoming Parade.
Roads affected will be Clark Ferguson, Howell St., E. 23rd Ave., Fayette St., and E. 26th Ave.
