City of Portsmouth Notice - Bulk Collections Suspended 
Due to the current storm conditions, bulk collections have been suspended until further notice. Residents should not place bulk items out for collection. Regular trash and recycling will be collected Friday, October 2nd, but weather conditions will be evaluated over the next few days regarding all collections for Monday.
