NC 12 in Kitty Hawk is closed 
The Kitty Hawk Police Department is advising that NC 12 from White Street to Lillian Street is closed until further notice. NC DOT crews will be out after the storm subsides to begin repair. All onlookers are asked to remain out of the marked off area due to the danger posed by the unstable roadway and the heavy machinery that will be operating to repair the road.
