09/20/15 WTPD arrested Ashley Culp, age 18, of Washington NJ, for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 09/11/15 at approximately 2:30 AM, patrol was conducting a property check at the Washington Borough Park when he encountered Ms. Culp. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Culp being charged on 09/20/11 with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/21/15 WTPD arrested Raymond Cobb, age 61, of Oxford, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1000.00 out of Oxford Township. Mr. Cobb was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/22/15 WTPD arrested Jeffrey Perpall, age 46, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 09/22/15 at approximately 12:11 PM, patrol observed Mr. Perpall, who was known to have an outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough, walking on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Perpall and confirmed the outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with new court date.

09/22/15 at approximately 2:48 PM WTPD patrol responded to a residence in the 30 block of East Asbury Anderson Rd. in Washington Township, NJ for a man experiencing a drug over dose. Upon the officer’s arrival, they located a 25 year old male who was unconscious and not breathing. The officer determined that the man was experiencing a drug over dose and quickly administered the anti-opiate medication, Naloxone. The man regained consciousness and was transported by the Washington Emergency Squad to Hunterdon Medical Center for treatment.

09/23/15 WTPD arrested Christopher Boase, age 31, of Plainfield, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington borough. On 09/23/15 at approximately 3:45 PM, patrol stopped Mr. Boase for failure to use a crosswalk on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Boase had an outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued a summons for failure to use a crosswalk and released with a new court date.

09/24/15 WTPD arrested Jason Ford Jr., age 24, of Oxford, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $880.00 out of Washington Borough and Washington Township (Morris). On 09/24/15 at approximately 12:58 PM, patrol stopped Mr. Ford for speeding on Pequest Rd. in Oxford Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Ford had outstanding warrants. He was processed, issued summonses for speeding and for a front view obstruction. Mr. Ford was lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/24/15 WTPD arrested Keyaira Hill, age 23, of Phillipsburg, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Phillipsburg. On 09/24/15 at approximately 3:45 PM, patrol stopped Ms. Hill for driving with a suspended driver license on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that Ms.Hill had an outstanding warrant. She was processed, issued a summons for driving with a suspended driver’s license and released with a new court date.

09/27/15 WTPD arrested Gary Keepers, age 59, of Bound Brook, NJ for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintain a nuisance. On 09/27/15 at approximately 5:43 PM, patrol was dispatched to an unwanted person causing a disturbance at the Vapor Zen 65 E. Washington Ave Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Keepers was belligerent and resisted arrest. Mr. Keepers was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail.

10/02/15 WTPD arrested Cory Picht, age 25, of Washington NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 10/02/15 at approximately 2:36 PM, patrol responded to McDonald’s 461 Rte. 31 S..in Washington Township to locate Mr. Picht.. At that time, the officer made contact with Mr. Picht and he was taken into custody without incident. Mr. Picht was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/03/15 WTPD arrested Nicole Klawunn, age 31, of Washington, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Ms. Klawunn was processed and release after posting bail.

10/04/15 WTPD arrested William Mauro Jr., age 50, of Washington NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). On 10/04/15 at approximately 2:01 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough for an equipment violation. The investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Mauro was intoxicated. Mr. Mauro was charged with the maintenance of headlamps and driving under the influence (DUI), his BAC was .13%. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/04/15 WTPD arrested Dale Zairo Jr., age 26, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $4134.00 out of Washington Township, Mansfield Township, Greenwich Township and Washington Borough. On 10/04/15 at approximately 5:51 PM, patrol observed Mr. Zairo who, was known to have outstanding warrants walking on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Zairo and confirmed the outstanding warrants. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail..
