66-year old registered sex offender arrested after allegations of sexual contact with 9-year old 
On Friday (10/09/15), Greene County Sheriff's Detectives arrested 66-year old THOMAS E PALMA, a Pleasant Hope resident, after investigating allegations of sexual contact in July 2015 with a 9-year old child; Palma is also a registered sex offender. The Greene County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has charged Palma with:
1 - Felony count of 1st Degree Statutory Sodomy
1 - Misdemeanor count of 3rd Degree Assault
(warrant #1531-CR06230, bond amount $150,000.00)
"The life of this 9-year old victim and their family have been forever changed by the actions of this man," states Sheriff Jim Arnott. "Thanks to the hard work of our Detectives, Palma will be held accountable for his actions and our community will be safer."
