Missing At-Risk Adult Thomas Cotton of Menifee 
On Monday, October 12, 2015 at about 9:29 PM, officers from the Menifee Police Department responded to the report of an at-risk missing adult. Thomas Cotton, 61 years old, was last seen at his residence by a family member on 10 /12/2015 about 7:40 AM. Cotton, who is confined to a wheelchair, left his home on the 26000 block of Wheat Street, Menifee.
Thomas Cotton is a white male adult, 6'01", 185 lbs., wearing a blue zip up hoodie sweat shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and a black baseball cap.
Personnel from the Menifee Police Department and the Riverside County Sheriff's Department conducted an extensive search throughout the night. Additional personnel from both agencies, with the assistance of neighboring agencies, responded to the area to assist with the ongoing search early this morning.
