Two Reports for Entry to Automobile and One Report for Burglary Taken 
The Village of Shorewood took two reports for entry to automobile in the 3500 Block of Oakland Avenue and the 2400 Block of Stratford Court. Both vehicles were unlocked and took place overnight and were reported on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
A burglary was also reported in the 4100 Block of Prospect Ave. This incident also occurred overnight and was reported to the police in the morning on Tuesday October 13, 2015. Entry was gained to the residence through an unlocked back door.
Residents are reminded to always lock the doors to their home and automobiles whenever they are way from them. Additionally residents are reminded to leave a light on at entrances to home and take their valuables out of their vehicle.
