On September 24th, 2015 a report was made concerning a sexual assault of a child that occurred in July of this year. The suspect, Freddie Hernandez, 12-18-86, sexually forced himself on the juvenile victim. Hernandez was arrested the day the report was made and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault Carnal Knowledge, $1,000,000 bond and Indecency with a Child by Contact, $200,000 bond. Hernandez is currently in custody at the Wichita County Jail.
