The West Covina Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a robbery (Case number 15-7754) that took place on Sunday, October 11, 2015. At about 5:35 pm, a male holding a handgun entered the Unocal Gas Station located at 123 N. Grand Avenue, West Covina and demanded cash, cigarettes and lottery tickets. The cashier handed the suspect an undetermined amount of cash along with cigarettes and lottery tickets. The suspect then exited the store and was last seen walking westbound on Fairway Lane.
The suspect is described as Male Hispanic, 18-22 years old, 5’5” in height, 130-150 lbs, black hair wearing a black cap, black t-shirt, black/white plaid shorts and black shoes.
No one was injured during this incident.
