Expect traffic delays today from 9a-3p on Lake Station Rd, Bellvale/Gibson Hill Rd, Laroe Rd and Sugar Loaf Mtn Rd. 
Orange and Rockland Utilities will be moving a large transformer today beginning at 9am from Mid-State Lumber on Kings Highway in Warwick to the new substation on Sugar Loaf Mountain Road. They will travel Kings Highway to Lake Station Road to Bellvale Road to Gibson Hill Road to Laroe Road to Sugar Loaf Mountain Road. The transformer is an overwidth and overheight load and will cause traffic delays in the area. Sugar Loaf Mountain Road will be closed completely between Laroe Road and Beverly Road for about an hour around 1pm.
