Road Closures and Shelter Information 
Due to flooding and mudslides the following road closure is in effect indefinitely:
Hwy. 58 eastbound from Towerline Rd. to exit 165 Mojave.
Hwy. 58 westbound from exit 165 Mojave to Towerline Rd.
The following shelters have been opened for those stranded in the area:
Monroe High School 126 Snyder Ave. in Tehachapi
Jacobsen Middle School 711 Anita in Tehachapi
Mojave High School 15732 "O" Street in Mojave
First Southern Baptist Church 2040 Cerro Gordo in Mojave
