The Scott County Sheriff's Office has been working a counterfeit money manufacturing case. A Chaffee, Missouri couple are in custody at this time. The couple have been passing counterfeit bills throughout the area.
The bills range from $5 to $20 dollar bills. The following are some of the serial numbers being used as counterfeit bills:
