Traffic signal malfunction 
The traffic lights at the intersection of Yeagua and Ellis (Hwy 14 and Hwy 164) have malfunctioned due to a power outage in that immediate area. TxDot and Oncor have been notified and have technicians enroute. Temporary stop signs have been placed at that intersection until the issue is resolved.
