Narrative:
On October 1st 2015, officers from the Thousand Oaks Police Department responded to the Pizza Hut located in the 400 block of Reino Road, Thousand Oaks in reference to a reported robbery. During the subsequent investigation, Thousand Oaks Police Major Crimes Detectives were able to identify Pablo Acosta Reyes as the suspect in the robbery.
On October 11th 2015, at approximately 5:30 PM, Officers assigned to the Oxnard Police Department located and arrested Reyes in the City of Oxnard. Reyes was arrested for an unrelated offense and booked into custody at the Ventura County Mail Jail. Evidence related to the robbery was recovered at the time of the arrest.
On October 20th 2015, detectives from the Thousand Oaks Police Department arrested and booked Reyes for additional charges including two counts of second degree robbery. Reyes’ bail is currently set at 200,000 dollars. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Superior Court on October 22, 2015.
