West Long Branch Fall Festival to include detour of traffic from Locust Avenue 1PM to 4PM 
The West Long Branch Fall Festival will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During that time, traffic on Locust Avenue will be closed and traffic detoured at Walnut Place and Richard Lane. Pedestrian traffic may be heavy and motorists are asked to pay extra attention to people walking near the road. Temporary No Parking will be posted with signs in some areas involved in the detour.
