To help keep our streets from experiencing water on them we are asking for assistance in clearing leaves from the sewers, drains and catch basins. This will allow rain to flow to the sewers which prevents street flooding. Moderate rain is expected tonight thru tomorrow night, this with East winds will cause the water level to rise in Lake Erie. We have spoken to the National Weather Service who at this time anticipates no flood threat from Lake Erie. We will continue to monitor the situation and thank everyone for their assistance.
