The Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations, along with a variety of local and federal agencies, have been attempting to locate Robert Rosario who is wanted on a charge of sexual assault. We have received information that causes us to believe that Rosario is back in the State of Vermont. We are offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of Rosario.
