We will be stepping up patrols and partnering with the Civil Air Patrol 
to hand out candy and glow sticks in your neighborhoods. Civil Air Patrol members will be in marked vehicles, wearing their official BDUs with picture identification. And don't forget to stop by our Citizens Police Academy Safety Tent at the Municipal Building for some treats.
