Northwest District,

Every month, nominations are submitted for an officer that went above and beyond the call of duty or exemplary performance on a given situation.  As a reward, we like to give a $25.00 gift card to a local restaurant or store to the officer that was selected for the month.  In the past, neighborhoods, individuals & businesses have sponsored the Officer of the Month with a $25.00 donation.  Our supply of gift cards / sponsors has almost been exhausted and we are seeking to replenish our supply.

A $25.00 gift card to a restaurant, gas station, store etc may be dropped of at the IMPD Northwest District - 3821 Industrial Blvd - Please mark on the envelope "Officer of the Month: and Attn: Sgt. Matt Grimes.  Please include your name or the name of your organization to receive credit for the donation as sponsoring that month's award.  The officers really appreciate the recognition from the community.
