October 27, 2015, approximately 4:35pm, the Thurmont Police Department responded to the area of Woodland Avenue for a report of a subject attempting to coerce and pick up a three (3) year old child. The subject exited the area when a neighbor noticed the activity. There was no physical contact with the child.
The subject is described as: White male in his mid twenties with short curly brownish hair. No further description.
Vehicle is described as a Red SUV or Truck with Maryland Registration. No further description.
