**Wanted For Public Indecency** 
On Saturday, October 17, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m., a tanned white male in his mid to late twenties, medium build, with short brown hair, no facial hair and wearing a dark colored shirt with a patch on the left sleeve containing yellow lettering, dark pants and a dark flat billed cap, exposed himself on Fairplay Street in Rutledge, Georgia. The individual was driving a dark blue newer model, possibly a four door, “rounded” type vehicle.
