Valdez Police and Fire Departments responded to a report of an unattended death Monday evening.

Valdez, AK – Valdez Police and Fire Departments responded to a report of an unattended death Monday evening.
At approximately 6:40 p.m. Monday, Valdez Police and Fire Dispatch received notification of an unattended death at a residence in Robe River subdivision. Family members reported discovering 69-year old Margaret Diane Hursh deceased in her home.
The State of Alaska Medical Examiner’s office will conduct an examination to help determine cause of death. No foul play is suspected.
