Stolen Motor Vehicle . 
On 11/1/15 at approximately 0700 a black male operating a Blue Buick traveling West on Rt 30 struck a motor vehicle and continued on. The vehicle then collided with the concrete barrier and became disabled in the lane of travel. A "Good Samaritan" stopped to assist. The driver of the Buick then stole the "Good Samaritan's" vehicle by jumping into the driver's seat and fleeing the area. Last seen on Delilah Road towards Pleasantville
