Full Notification

ADPS responded to a report of shots fired in the 800 block of N Monroe St at 4:10 AM Sunday Morning.  On arrival officers found 2 vehicles in the street running and evidence of a shooting including blood on one of the vehicles.  A short time later a hospital reported receiving a subject with a gunshot wound to the head.  Detectives believe the shooting was a result of an altercation that initially occurred at a different location and then the suspect followed the victim to the location of the shooting.  It is also believed all subjects involved in the incident know each other.  The victim of the gunshot wound was treated and released.  If you have information to report that could help lead to an arrest in this crime/crime activity, please contact Det.
