Secure valuables, unknown individual entered two restaurant business in the area of the Milford Parkway and stole cell phones. 
Subject entered restaurants and created a distraction before stealing cell phones from employees and fleeing the area. Male described as: African American male, late 20's to early 30's, medium to heavy build, wearing a Cincinnati Bengals Jersey. Male fled the area in a dark colored Jeep SUV type of vehicle.
