On October 20th, 2015 the Rutherfordton Police Department completed our agency's audit by the NC Department Of Justice. During the course of our audit being conducted, the agency's profile, personnel and in-service training files were checked and found in compliance with commission requirements as set forth in title 12 chapter 9 of the NC administrative code (NCAC).
