We have received multiple reports of scam phone calls from the IRS. In both cases, back to back calls were received from subjects claiming to be the IRS from a call back number with an area code of "346." These are fraudulent calls, as the Internal Revenue Service would not contact you in this manner.

Please notify friends and family of this issue, especially the elderly, to prevent anyone from falling for this scam.
