Sheriff Walter reports a Vanduser woman arrested on Burglary 2nd Degree and Possession of Burglary Tool Charges.

BENTON, MISSOURI - Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter reports a Vanduser, Missouri woman arrested on Burglary 2nd Degree and Possession of Burglary Tool Charges.
Tawny Divietro (29) of 812 Vanduser Street, Vanduser, Missouri has been charged with the Class C Felony of Burglary in the Second Degree Class D Felony of Possession of Burglary Tools.
Sheriff Walter states that on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 deputies responded to 104 East Caroline, in Morley City Limits, for a burglary in progress. Deputies were advised the suspect had gotten in the residence by opening a closed window and crawling through the window.
Deputies arrived and located Divietro still inside the residence. Deputies gave Divietro orders to come out and the suspect eventually complied. Divietro had knives, a flashlight, a screw driver, and other tools commonly used to commit burglaries, with her.
Divietro was arrested and transported to the Scott County jail pending the filing of formal charges by the Scott County Prosecuting Attorney.
Divietro remains in custody at the Scott County Jail. Bond was set by the court at $500.00 cash only.
