10/28/2015, press release - Retail Theft
On 10/28/15 at approximately 1636 hours the Burlington Police Department responded to 67 Cherry St, Macy’s Department Store in the City of Burlington, VT for a retail theft in progress.
Upon arrival, suspects fled the scene and have not been identified. The suspects stole over $1200 worth of merchandise.
The female suspect is a white female, approximately mid 20’s, heavier set with shoulder length blond hair. The male suspect is a black male with a goatee and possibly bald (wearing a black winter hat at the time). See photos.
The photos of the suspects are attached. The Burlington Police Department is asking help from the public to help identify the individuals in the photos.
A person convicted of the offense of retail theft of merchandise having a retail value in excess of $900.00 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both.
