On October 29, 2015 at 1107 hours, the Burlington Police Department responded to the late reported retail theft at Ace Hardware, located at 1127 North Ave #60 in Burlington, Vermont. The unknown male suspect stole $75.72 of various types of tool belts on October 21, 2015 during business hours. The suspect is unknown at this time. A photograph has been attached to this report.
The penalty for retail theft shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
