MIssing since the evening of 11-11-15 is Scruffy a 12 year old Shih-Tzu, white with a black saddle pattern on his back, wearing a red collar, lost from the 200 block of North Pierce St. If you see him, please call the Adams Police Dept at 608 339-6839
