Fuel Theft Investigation 
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect and vehicle involved in the theft of fuel.
On October 19th, 2015 at about 2:00 am the suspect depicted in the attached photo stole fuel from a fuel tank on agricultural land in the Wasco area off of Highway 46. The vehicle appears to be a white passenger vehicle, possibly a Volkswagen model. The suspects race and gender are unknown, but the suspect appears to be wearing a hoodie sweatshirt with baggie jeans. The suspect may be responsible for additional fuel thefts in the area.
