Allen's Lane from Higgins entrance to Washington Street will be closed tomorrow from 7AM to 11PM to facilitate upgrades to the railroad tracks that cross the roadway. There will be no access from either end during that time. The Higgins, police station and Rousselot will have access. Seek alternate route.
