11/02/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Constantin, age 24, of High Bridge, NJ for an $800.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Constantin was processed and released with a new court date.
11/06/15 WTPD arrested Andre Brody, age 21, of Camden, NJ for an $800.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Brody was processed and released with a new court date.
11/07/15 WTPD arrested Mark Rose, age 48, of Washington, NJ, for being an NCIC wanted person out of Hudson County. On 11/07/15 at approximately 1:28 AM, patrol was dispatched to Scotty’s Pub, 15 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation he discovered that Mr. Rose was a wanted person out of Hudson County. Mr. Rose was taken into custody, processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
11/07/15 WTPD arrested Joshua Zupp, age 30, of Washington, NJ for possession of a weapon. On 11/07/15 at approximately 9:49 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute at a residence on Lenape Trl. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Zupp was in possession of a stun gun. He was arrested without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1,000.00 bail.
11/10/15 WTPD arrested Marissa Quarno, age 34, of Washington NJ, for disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 11/10/15 at approximately 5:16 PM, patrol was dispatched to a noise complaint at the Westgate Apartments in Washington Borough. Upon the officer arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Quarno was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She has a mandatory court date.
11/11/15 WTPD arrested David Simmons Jr., age 33, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $5850.00 out of Newark and Washington Borough. On 11/11/15 at approximately 4:08 PM, patrol observed Mr. Simmons who, was known to have outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough and Newark, at a business on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. The officer confirmed the outstanding warrants and made contact with Mr. Simmons, who was processed and released after posting bail with new court dates.
11/12/15 WTPD arrested Brandon Lattemann, age 26, and James Robinson, age 23, both of Bangor, Pa. On 11/12/15 at approximately 2:58 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Tractor Supply Co., on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a report of two men attempting to return shoplifted items. Upon the officer’s arrival, Mr. Lattemann was charged with obstruction of a governmental function and a local ordinance of maintain a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date. Mr. Robinson was found to be a wanted person out of the Northampton County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Department and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Mr. Robinson was also in possession of a hypodermic needle. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail without bail to await extradition to Pa. The shoplifting incident is still under investigation.
11/13/15 WTPD arrested Kimberly Kravchenko, age 39, of Bangor, Pa., NJ for an outstanding $400.00 warrant out of Dover NJ. On 11/13/15 at approximately 12:28 PM, patrol was dispatched to meet Ms. Kravchenko, at headquarters in reference to a vehicle impound release. At that time, the officer discovered Ms. Kravchenko’s outstanding warrant. She was processed and released after posting bail.
11/13/15 WTPD arrested Laurel Kappler, age 58, of Oxford, NJ for a $25.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. On 11/13/15 at approximately 2:02 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte 31 S. in Washington Township. At that time, the driver, Ms. Kappler was found to have the outstanding warrant. She was processed and released with a new court date after posting bail.
11/14/15 WTPD arrested Gilbert Rodriguez, age 43, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 11/14/15 at approximately 6:51 PM, patrol was dispatched to a residence at the Washington Arms Apartments in Washington Borough for a medical assistance call. Upon the officer’s arrival and after medical assistance was rendered to the victim, patrol spoke with Mr. Rodriguez, a family member, who was found to be a wanted person. He was taken into custody, processed, and lodged in the WC Jail.
11/15/15 WTPD arrested Ryan Forsythe, age 35, of Succasunna, NJ, for disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 11/15/15 at approximately 10:08 AM, patrol was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident in the 200 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Forsythe, who was not involved in the motor vehicle accident, created a physically dangerous situation for himself and others in the roadway. He was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Forsythe was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
