On November 15th, 2015 the Burlington Police took a report of a sexual assault which had occurred shortly after 0200 hours. The victim reported that while walking in the area of College and South Williams Streets, being approached by a lone male suspect. The lone male suspect was described as being a white male, 5’7” tall, average build with broad shoulders, blonde “buzz cut” hair style, who was possibly wearing dark clothing. The suspect perpetrated a sexual assault on the victim before fleeing the area on foot.
