Snow watch in effect for Saturday **SNOW ROUTES WILL BE IN EFFECT/ENFORCED** 
Weather forecasts indicate 1-3 inches of snow expected in Alsip area on Saturday 11/21. The APD would like to remind everyone that in the event of snow, SNOW ROUTES are in effect and enforced. As a reminder:
Parking is prohibited on PRIMARY SNOW ROUTES for 12 HOURS after a snowfall of ONE INCH or more. Primary snow routes have signs erected.
Parking I prohibited on SEECONDARY SNOW ROUTES for 24 HOURS after a snowfall of THREE INCHES or more. **ALL STREETS IN THE VILLAGE ARE SECONDARY SNOW ROUTES**
Parking on streets during a period of snowfall delays efforts to plow in order to make roads safer for travel. Snow routes are enforced with citations and/or towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense. So, remember to avoid tickets and tow fees by removing vehicles from streets prior to expected snowfalls.
