Village of Wappingers Falls Holiday Light Parade November 28th 2015. 
The Holiday Light Parade is an annual event held by the Village of Wappingers Falls Recreation Department. This years Holiday Light Parade will be held on November 28th 2015 starting at 6:30pm. Route 9D roadway will be closed for approximately 1 hour from Elm Street to Mill Street starting at 6:15pm. Village side streets will also be congested with high volumes of traffic. Please use alternate route during that time.
