On November 10, 2015 at approximately 10:56 pm, there was a package theft that occurred at the Penny Lane complex on Hamilton Avenue.
The suspect stole an Amazon package that was left on the victim's front porch. The package contained a self-washing toilet seat valued at $730.
The suspect is described as an African American male, approximately 35 years old, with long black curly hair, a beard and mustache. He was seen wearing a distinctive grey/blue sweatshirt with the California bear on the front.
