The Rutherfordton Police Dept. is in need of help locating 23 year old Crystal Harris, a Black female 5 foot 5 inch 200 pounds. She was wearing black pants and a black shirt with white writing, black shoes and purple glasses. She was last seen leaving Gabriel St in Rutherfordton on foot.
