On November 23, 2015 Giles County Sheriff’s Department responded to Pinnacle Industrial Incorporated located at 1870 Campbellsville Road to commercial burglary. During the course of the investigation it was determined that approximately $3,000 in equipment was stolen.
On November 30, 2015 Giles County Sheriff’s Department responded to Pinnacle Industrial Incorporated to a second commercial burglary. During the course of the investigation it was determined that approximately $18,000 in equipment was stolen.
Investigator Mike Sands developed a suspect early in the investigation. Investigator Mike Sands and Investigator Jesse Mills went to Lewisburg and located the suspect in question. The individual is identified as Eric Rafael Rosso age 37 of Pulaski. Mr. Rosso was escorted back to Giles County Sheriff’s Department. During the course of the investigation Mr. Rosso stated to Investigator Sands the location of the items stolen.
On this same date, Investigator Mike Sands and Lieutenant Shane Hunter went to a residence located in Pulaski and recovered thousands of dollars of the stolen equipment.
Mr. Rosso is currently in Giles County Jail, Mr. Rosso has a bond of $71,000 and is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on December.
