(Allen County, IN)-A Norfolk and Southern train is stopped and blocking the crossings at both Schwartz and Parent Roads, just northeast of Fort Wayne.
Norfolk and Southern informed State Police that the crossings will be blocked for approximately the next two hours.
Motorists should avoid those crossings and seek alternate routes of travel.
