Multiple vehicle crashes are being reported throughout Outagamie County this morning, due to icy driving conditions. The National Weather Service has issued an advisory indicating black ice and freezing fog are making road surfaces slippery. Use caution, especially if driving on untreated surfaces, bridges, or overpasses.
