Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident
On December 5, 2015 at 9:33pm the Lindenwold Police Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of United States Avenue and the White Horse Pike. Responding officers found two vehicles involved in the crash.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a 1997 Ford Escape was attempting a left turn off of United States Avenue onto the White Horse Pike. The Escape turned into the path of a 1996 Ford Bronco travelling West on the White Horse Pike. There is no indication that alcohol was involved.
The driver of the Ford Escape was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Bronco was taken to a local hospital for observation and released.
