At 1040 p.m., the National Weather Service as issued a Special Statement for patchy dense fog and black ice overnight and into early Monday morning until 7:00 a.m.
The combination of below freezing temperatures and high atmospheric moisture will produce patchy black ice through Monday morning. Patchy dense freezing fog will take place near river valleys and in low-lying areas producing locally low visibilities.
